What size kit should I order?
Every child is different, and there is no easy answer. First measure their chest, waist and height. Then use the sizing guide to determine the best overall fit. If you are at the top end of a size then we recommend going up a size to allow for growth. 

How long will my order take?
The Stanno kit we supply for Fishersgate Flyers is ordered on demand from the manufacturer. Given their location we advise that orders will take up to 15 days to complete. Occasionally there can be issues with stock or deliveries, in which case we will advise you of any delays. 

How is my order delivered?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for the majority of our online orders, though you can select UPS Standard delivery too. Make sure that when you place your order you include a mobile number for text information for the timing of your delivery. 

How do I return my order?
Please note that items ordered from this site are ordered and customised specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable. It is essentail that you order the right size, please see our Sizing guide for more information. If you have ordered the incorrect size - see if another club member would be interested in buying your items. 

Payments - Strong Customer Authentification
Please note that from March this year we are obliged under UK law to undertake additional security checks with online orders. This is to protect you, the consumer. At the checkout you may be asked for additional security information, or to go to your banking app to approve payment. 

Why has my payment been refused?
Because of the additional security we undertake, your payment may not proceed. Before you contact us please ensure that the order details including your name, address and phone number are accurately inputted AND match the details on your payment method (bank or credit card). If you are certain these details are correct and you have followed the security process, in the first instance contact your payment provider.
